It enables faster decision-making and better responses to the government’s push for accelerated housing development.

The platform helps housebuilders by de-risking the planning permission process. It offers pre-designed, policy-compliant components—such as houses, apartment blocks, streets, and parking spaces—that allow users to easily design and test layouts.

Users receive instant feedback on viability, infrastructure needs, and sustainability, streamlining collaboration and project approval.
