Butternut Box

British startup Butternut Box, known for fresh dog food, has raised over €75 million in debt financing from Liquidity.

Legora

Legora, a LegalTech startup based in Stockholm, has announced a €70.6 million Series B funding round—despite not actively seeking investment—to expand its collaborative AI platform. This new funding brings the company’s valuation to €596 million.

ReproNovo

Lausanne-based HealthTech startup ReproNovo, which develops new treatments in reproductive medicine and women’s health, has raised €57 million in a Series A funding round.

Veesion

Veesion, a French startup developing AI tools to detect suspicious behavior in physical stores, has raised €38 million in a Series B round, along with €15 million in non-dilutive funding—bringing its total to €53 million.

Lunar Ventures

German VC firm Lunar Ventures has announced the launch of its second fund, raising €50 million—three and a half years after its first €40 million fund.

Keen Venture Partners

Dutch venture capital firm Keen Venture Partners has received a major boost with a €40 million investment from the European Investment Fund (EIF) for its European Defence and Security Tech Fund.

Flip

Stuttgart-based startup Flip, which specialises in internal communication solutions for deskless workers, has secured €25 million in a Series A extension round to advance its AI capabilities and accelerate growth.

Aufinity Group

Cologne-based FinTech startup Aufinity Group, which focuses on payment solutions for the automotive industry, has raised €23 million in Series C funding to support its expansion across Europe and strengthen partnerships with car manufacturers (OEMs).

Attensi

Attensi is an edtech company that offers game-based training and skill development, has raised $25 million in non-dilutive growth funding from Nordic lender Ture Invest Partners.

Converge

British startup Converge, renowned for its AI-driven solutions in concrete management and decarbonisation, has secured €19.4 million in funding to enhance its ConcreteDNA platform.
