Axelera AI

Axelera AI, a Dutch chipmaker designing and manufacturing chips for AI inference, has raised more than $250 million, with new backing from BlackRock.

Allica Bank

Allica Bank, a digital bank for small and medium-sized businesses, has raised £115 million in Series D funding, reaching unicorn status in the UK.

Dwelly

Dwelly, a London-based property management platform that acquires and digitises independent letting agencies, has secured more than €79.3 million (£69 million) in combined equity and debt funding to speed up its expansion across the UK.

SolveAI

SolveAI, a London-based platform that allows employees to build compliant enterprise software without writing code, has raised $45 million in a Series A round led by GV. The company had also previously secured an undisclosed $5 million pre-seed round led by Accel.

Verley

Verley, a France-based nutrition ingredient startup producing high-performance whey proteins through precision fermentation, has raised an oversubscribed €32 million Series A round, four years after it was founded.

Frankenburg Technologies

An Estonian defence startup developing what it describes as “affordable, mass-manufacturable” missile defence systems has raised €30 million in Series A funding.

Syndicate One

Syndicate One has announced the first close of its second fund at €22 million. The fund was oversubscribed within eight weeks of its initial pitch highlighting strong investor confidence in Belgium’s growing tech ecosystem. This follows the firm’s €6.5 million fund raised in late 2024.

ThreatAware

ThreatAware, a cyber asset management and cyber hygiene platform used by enterprises across retail, financial services and energy, has secured $25 million in funding from growth equity firm One Peak.

Hybrid Greentech

Hybrid Greentech, a Copenhagen-based provider of virtual power plants (VPP) and renewable energy market integration, has raised over €15 million from growth fund Nordic Alpha Partners.

VoiceLine

Munich-based VoiceLine, a voice AI platform built for enterprise frontline teams, has raised €10 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Alstin Capital and Peak, with additional support from existing investors Scalehouse Capital, Venture Stars, and NAP.
