In 2025, European investors are showing renewed interest in startups operating at the intersection of connected TV (CTV), advertising, and media infrastructure. Earlier this year, French AdTech platform Vibe.co, which uses AI to deliver hyper-targeted ads on CTV, closed a €42 million financing round to scale its business.
Against this backdrop, TitanOS’s €50 million Series A stands out as one of the largest publicly disclosed fundraises in the European CTV/AdTech space in 2025. Few other companies in the “CTV OS + unified content and advertising stack” niche have reported comparable funding, positioning TitanOS among the best-capitalized challengers addressing the fragmented streaming and advertising ecosystem.
Vibe.co’s raise indicates that investor appetite for CTV-focused platforms remains strong. Combined these two fundraises totaling roughly €92 million reflect modest but meaningful investment activity in Europe’s connected-TV and advertising infrastructure sector. While smaller than sectors like FinTech or AI tools, the flow of capital suggests growing confidence in startups aiming to transform how consumers discover content and how advertisers reach audiences via TV.
Laurence Garrett, General Partner at Highland Europe, adds: “TitanOS is redefining the connected TV experience with a platform that rivals global players while maintaining a distinctly European innovation DNA. We believe their vision, technology and team uniquely position them to become a global leader in the next wave of television.”
Founded in 2023 by entrepreneur Jacinto Roca previously founder of Wuaki.tv acquired by Rakuten alongside co-founders Timothy Edwards, Miquel Barba and Tobias Pfalzgraff, Titan OS aims to revolutionize how users discover content and how brands engage audiences on connected TVs.
The platform integrates content, technology, and advertising across providers, enabling TV manufacturers, content owners, and advertisers to deliver a unified, profitable and user-centric TV experience. Operating for over two years, Titan OS has scaled revenues tenfold, reached over 18 million active users, and licensed its technology to global TV brands including Philips, Sony, Vestel, and JVC.
Research shows users lose 110 hours per year navigating streaming services. Titan OS reduces search time and enhances content discovery with tailored recommendations, seamless navigation via the homepage, Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), or remote control, and a content-first approach to entertainment.
For advertisers, the Connected TV ad market is projected to surpass €32.6 billion ($38 billion) worldwide by 2027. Titan OS offers homepage, in-stream and shoppable ads, enabling brands to reach audiences with relevant, engaging campaigns.
With the new €50 million Series A, Titan OS plans to strengthen its position as Europe’s leading independent Connected TV platform, expand global OEM partnerships and invest in product innovation and advertising technology to enhance user experience and monetization opportunities. The company employs over 200 people, with headquarters in Barcelona and offices in Amsterdam and Taipei.
