The round was led by Coinvest Capital, with participation from Firstpick, NGL Ventures, and existing investors Heartfelt (Germany), BADideas (Latvia), and Purpose Tech (Czech Republic), supporting Tingit’s mission to make high-quality repairs a simple, everyday habit.
Tingit’s mission is to make repairing items effortless and part of everyday life. Its AI-driven platform automatically detects damage from user-uploaded photos, matches the item with the right repair specialist, and provides an instant price and timeline estimate.
Founded in 2023, Tingit.com is a global repairs platform that connects people and businesses with the right repair specialists at scale. Using its AI-powered repair assessment infrastructure, Tingit streamlines repair processes across industries, making high-quality repairs simple, efficient, and accessible.

With Tingit, users upload a photo or video of a damaged item and receive a repair quote after evaluation by the AI and skilled craftsmen. Items are then sent through parcel lockers using a shipping label generated directly by the platform.
"We want users to get offers even for very niche repairs anywhere in the EU. We’re starting to collaborate with fashion brands and e-commerce platforms so that Tingit becomes a natural part of the commercial infrastructure it is what we call a ‘longevity protocol’ for your belongings," says Indrė Viltrakytė, CEO and co-founder of Tingit.
Since launching in 2024, Tingit has raised €2.02 million in external funding. In its first year, the platform expanded from Lithuania into France and now connects over 100 skilled makers across Lithuania, France, and Poland.
Over 14,000 customers have used Tingit to appraise items worth more than €9 million, from €20 sneakers to a €15,000 Hermès handbag. While shoe and handbag repairs remain most popular, demand is growing for household appliances, audio equipment, eyewear, and luggage.
Tingit’s mission combines environmental impact reducing overconsumption and carbon footprint with emotional value, helping users preserve items tied to meaningful memories.
