Tapline, a German fintech company that supports SaaS and subscription-based businesses, has raised €20M in a pre-Series A round, which includes both equity and debt.

The funding will help it to grow its operations and expand its platform while continuing to serve current customers. It offers non-dilutive financing to B2B SaaS and subscription companies by advancing future payments.
It focuses on helping early-stage businesses and uses AI-driven credit technology to provide funding to companies with as little as €15K in monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

The equity part of the funding round was led by Karim Beshara from A15 Venture Capital and Accelero Capital, with participation from Antler and several business angels. The debt portion was provided by WinYield.
Currently, it serves clients in Germany, Estonia, the Czech Republic, and Poland, with plans for further expansion. In addition to financing, it also offers advanced AI-powered analytics.
Fabricio Mercier, Director at WinYield said, “We are thrilled to support Tapline’s next leg of growth with a bespoke debt facility providing lower cost of operations, new credit assessment functionalities, and credit risk transfer. This will allow it to stay capital-light and focus on the development of their technology. Tapline is the first company of its sector adopting this setup.”
