Swedish SaaS company Flowbox has acquired Danish Dreaminfluence, surpassing 1,000 European customers and boosting its annual recurring revenue (ARR) to nearly €9 million.

Founded in 2018, Dreaminfluence offers a top influencer marketing platform used by over 200 brands, including Estée Lauder, Mondelēz, and DK Company. Its curated creator network, real-time campaign tracking, content management, and seamless payment tools streamline collaboration between brands and influencers.
The acquisition supports Flowbox’s international expansion, building on its 2022 merger with Spanish company Photoslurp and reinforces its position as Europe’s leading UGC platform broadening its services for the growing creator-driven market.

Wedderkopp will assume the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Flowbox. Dreaminfluence’s largest shareholder is Danish brand incubator Blazar Capital, while post-acquisition, Flowbox’s principal shareholders are founder Marcus Carloni and Norwegian growth equity firm Viking Growth.
