Founded in 2023, Hybridity aims to simplify and automate regulatory compliance through its AI-native platform, Hy5. The platform combines artificial intelligence with legal engineering to help organisations stay continuously compliant, manage risk, and grow efficiently.
Hy5 automates complex compliance tasks, including reviewing contracts for regulations such as CSRD, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, and SFDR, identifying gaps, generating action lists, conducting GAP analyses, and ensuring policies remain up to date. It can also automate CSRD reporting and generate AI-based handbooks from governance documents.
Hybridity is backed by prominent tech investors, including Noam Perski (Head of Europe, Palantir), Stefan Lennhammer (Chairman of Hybridity, former Chairman of Truecaller, founder of Reeda Capital Family Office), and Simon Josefsson (former CTO at Yubico).
“Compliance is one of the biggest operational barriers to growth in regulated industries, costing European businesses over €150 billion annually. Our platform Hy5 enables organisations to manage complex regulations continuously and at scale with the help of AI, instead of relying on manual processes. The new capital allows us to take the next step in commercialisation,” says Magnus Sahlgren, CEO of Hybridity.
