The early years are particularly challenging, as disrupted sleep, new responsibilities, and work–family pressures add strain. Many parents therefore seek tools and solutions to reduce uncertainty and ease daily demands.

Sprouty was developed to support parents of children from birth to age two. The app combines evidence-based guidance, paediatrician-designed daily micro-exercises, and personalised recommendations to help families navigate early childhood. It centralises key tools feeding, sleep, diaper and routine tracking, milestone guidance and even uses AI to identify why a baby is crying, with over 80% reported accuracy.
