Spiich Labs Secures Investment From Tandem Health And Creandum Founders

The round was led by Ampli Ventures and backed by Tandem Health CEO Lukas Saari, Creandum co-founder Stefan Lindeberg, a Lovable founder, and a European OpenAI executive.

Johan Torssell, CEO and founder of Stockholm-based Spiich Labs, reportedly turned down a role at Palantir to start the company.

Spiich’s AI assistant automates CRM updates, meeting prep, and follow-ups, saving sales reps over eight hours of admin work per week. It integrates with HubSpot and Google Workspace, allowing users to update CRM records via text or voice commands from anywhere.

The assistant also generates daily meeting briefs by analyzing CRM data, email threads, and company research and drafts personalized follow-ups based on conversation context. The startup already serves customers in five countries, helping sales teams work smarter and more efficiently.

Torssell said: "I turned down Palantir to build Spiich after watching startup founders and their sales teams lose entire days to admin work that could be automated.

"Sales reps should be building relationships and closing deals, not populating fields in a CRM. We built the product that we wished existed - one that works wherever the sales rep is, through simple conversation. The traction in our first four months proved the market was desperate for this, and we’re just getting started."
