Sparkli, An AI-Powered Learning Platform Raise $5M Funding

Although children have widespread access to information, many digital learning tools provide limited ways to explore complex ideas in engaging, age-appropriate ways. Sparkli addresses this gap with a learning model tailored to the developing brain.

Leveraging real-time multimodal AI, Sparkli lets children transform questions into interactive, multidisciplinary learning journeys, fostering skills in technology, design thinking, sustainability, financial literacy and global awareness.

Our goal is to build agency in the next generation. Sparkli is designed to turn screen time into an environment where curiosity and independent thinking can develop, said founder and CEO Lax Poojary.

Sparkli transforms how children learn by shifting from static curricula to real-time exploration, replacing passive content with interactive, multimodal experiences, and emphasizing creativity and problem-solving over memorization. The platform builds evolving interest and knowledge profiles for each child, enabling personalized adaptive learning that grows with them.

Sparkli was founded by a team with experience at Google Area 120, Search and YouTube alongside engineers and designers from education and research backgrounds, including ETH contributors. The platform combines generative AI, pedagogy motion design and game mechanics, with safety features and age-appropriate design for children.

The funding will accelerate the scaling of Sparkli’s generative learning engine and support a private beta launch. The platform is currently being validated through a strategic pilot with a major international private school group reaching over 100 schools and 100,000 students.
