SUMMARY
- Amenitiz, a Barcelona-based all-in-one management platform for independent hoteliers, announced today that it has secured €38.9 million ($45 million) through a combination of Series B funding and financing.
The round was led by Spanish investment firm Kfund through its growth fund, Leadwind, with participation from San Francisco–based hospitality specialist Thayer Ventures and Columbia Lake Partners. Existing investors Eight Roads, Point Nine, Otium, Backed, and Chalfen Ventures also continued their support.
Alexandre Guinefolleau, co-founder and CEO of Amenitiz, said: “My parents run a hotel, so I’ve seen firsthand how hard it is for independents to compete without the right tools. The rise of AI and the digital transformation of hospitality create a once-in-a-generation opportunity for small hotels to leap ahead. This funding allows us to accelerate that mission – so hoteliers can spend less time managing systems and more time creating memorable guest experiences.”
Amenitiz’s latest Series B round comes as part of a broader surge in 2025 funding for Europe’s hospitality and travel tech sector.

Within this wave of innovation, Amenitiz stands out as one of the few Spain-based hospitality SaaS companies to secure a substantial growth-stage investment this year underscoring investor confidence in technology built specifically for independent hotels across Europe.
Pablo Ventura, Partner at Kfund, added: “Independent hotels are the backbone of European hospitality, yet for too long they’ve been left behind by technology built for chains. Amenitiz is changing that by giving independents the same digital advantages – without the complexity or cost. They’re on track to become the default platform for independent hotels across Europe.”
Amenitiz’s mission is to empower independent hoteliers to become the most successful players in the hospitality industry. Founded in 2017, the company now serves over 15,000 properties with its all-in-one management platform.
The new funding will drive AI-powered product innovation, the launch of new revenue-generating tools, and continued expansion across European markets.
Since its Series A round in 2022, Amenitiz has grown nearly fourfold from 4,000 to more than 15,000 properties across Europe. In the past 18 months alone, hotels using Amenitiz have hosted over 15 million guests and processed more than €3 billion in bookings.
Lucile Cornet, Partner at Eight Roads Ventures, said: “Independent hotels make up the majority of the market, but most tech solutions still ignore their needs. Amenitiz has proven that purpose-built software for independents can scale fast – and with 15,000+ properties already onboard, they’re redefining what technology can do for this segment.”
Independent hoteliers form the backbone of Europe’s hospitality industry with more than 750,000 properties making up over 80% of the market. Yet, Amenitiz notes that for decades, these businesses have been underserved by technology designed primarily for large hotel chains. Now, as AI and digital transformation reshape travel and guest expectations, independents have an opportunity not just to catch up, but to move ahead.
Amenitiz simplifies hotel management by replacing multiple disconnected systems with one seamless platform that integrates reservations, operations, payments, online presence, and revenue management.
The impact for hoteliers is significant they save hours each week, increase occupancy rates and streamline cash flow through integrated payments. Most importantly they gain access to technology that grows and adapts alongside evolving guest expectations.
With its new Series B funding, Amenitiz plans to launch additional revenue-generating products, expand into new markets, and accelerate AI-driven innovation aiming to put the power of AI into the hands of every independent hotelier across Europe.
Chris Hemmeter, Partner at Thayer Ventures, added: “Hospitality is undergoing a digital reset, and independents can no longer afford to lag behind. Amenitiz has built Europe’s largest platform focused entirely on this segment, enabling hoteliers to compete with chains and OTAs on equal footing. Their momentum and execution make them a global force in HospitalityTech.”
