The platform offers features like real-time translation, automated messages and promoting services like breakfast and late check-outs. It also works with hotel management systems to improve guest interactions and streamline operations.

It can also integrate with Booking.com’s inbox, making it easier to manage guest messages from multiple channels in one place.
