Reavant Secures €350K Funding From Innovatiefonds Noord-Holland To Accelerate AI Platform For Real Estate

Reavant develops intelligent AI agents that help real estate teams work smarter by automating complex workflows, reducing manual tasks, and improving asset and portfolio management efficiency.

The global real estate market, valued around €360 trillion, remains burdened by manual processes and fragmented data. Reavant’s AI agents tackle these inefficiencies by analyzing documents, tracking contracts, and delivering actionable insights to optimize portfolio performance.

Bahadir Karaagac, Co-Founder & CEO, Reavant: "We are building AI specifically for the real estate sector. The funding will enhance Reavant’s multi-agent platform, helping professionals boost returns, streamline operations, and maintain compliance across complex real estate portfolios.

Innovatiefonds Noord-Holland, backed by the Province of North Holland, Universiteit van Amsterdam, Vrije Universiteit, Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Amsterdam UMC, and Sanquin, supports local entrepreneurs in the Proof-of-Concept phase through convertible loans. The fund runs two programs: one for innovative startups (supported by RVO) and another for academic startups (supported by EFRO).
