SUMMARY

  • QRaGo, a healthcare logistics and patient transport software provider, has raised €2.7M in seed funding.
  • Founded in 2019 in Stuttgart by Christian Alexander Ruff and Alexander Kunze, QRaGo focuses on digital logistics for healthcare, especially patient and material transport.

The company, based in Stuttgart, will use the funds to strengthen its position in Germany, expand into Switzerland and Austria, and grow its logistics services. The goal is to speed up the digitisation of healthcare logistics and patient transport.

Alexander Kunze, Managing Director at QRaGo, said: “We are proud to have such strong investors by our side who are fully aligned with our vision. Our success shows how important efficient logistics solutions are in the healthcare sector. With this new financing, we will further develop our markets horizontally and vertically – material and laboratory transports are just the beginning. We also see considerable potential in large-scale logistics for clinic networks. We plan to double our reach this year and enter the market in Austria and Switzerland.”

QRaGo’s digital system connects everyone involved in healthcare logistics – hospitals, labs, transport companies, and insurance providers. This allows for automated orders, real-time tracking of transports, and better route planning, which reduces empty trips and makes better use of resources.

Unlike general logistics services like DHL or UPS, QRaGo is made specifically for healthcare logistics. It solves challenges like handling patient transport and medical materials, ensuring all rules are followed and that sensitive items are transported correctly.

It also helps reduce costs by improving how transport is classified, using resources more efficiently, and simplifying billing.

QRaGo plans to expand its services to include transporting materials and lab samples, as well as providing large-scale logistics solutions for hospital networks. As healthcare logistics improve QRaGo's innovations aim to change patient care and the management of medical supplies.
