Berlin-based Mercanis raised €17.3 million to scale its agentic-AI platform, Finland’s Nvelop secured €1.2 million for enterprise procurement automation, Germany’s Matchory added €6 million to expand its supplier-data technology, Paris-based Crown raised €2 million for its e-auction negotiation tool, and Swiss startup Scalera obtained €5.7 million to apply AI to public-sector construction procurement.

Collectively, these rounds total roughly €32 million, highlighting a broad European push to modernize procurement workflows.
