- Global Work AI, a Warsaw-based AI-native job-search platform dedicated to job seekers, has raised a €2 million ($2.4 million) follow-on investment to enhance its AI capabilities, including personalized job recommendations, AI-generated CVs and cover letters, and its Auto-Fill browser plugin.
The round was supported by existing investors Pre-Seed to Succeed, Yellow Rocks, Smart Partnership Capital, AltaIR Capital, and TMT Investments, bringing Global Work AI’s total funding to €3.1 million ($3.7 million).
“Our mission is simple: help more people get hired faster in a brutal job market,” says Alex Chepovoi, CEO and co-founder of Global Work AI. “Job search hasn’t changed in 20 years. By focusing on the candidate, we turn the traditional recruiter-focused model upside down.”
European HRTech in 2025 has seen steady investment in AI-driven hiring, workforce, and talent-management platforms, providing context for Global Work AI’s recent follow-on round.

Within this landscape, Global Work AI stands out by focusing on the candidate side of the market a segment that has seen comparatively fewer funded entrants this year.
“We’ve backed the team since day one because they understand this space better than anyone,” said Sergei Bogdanov, Managing Partner at Yellow Rocks. “They are building infrastructure for how white-collar workers will navigate their careers going forward.”
Founded in 2024, Global Work AI is an AI-native, candidate-first job-search platform. It aggregates over one million verified remote roles each month, removes scams and duplicates, and automates the most time-consuming aspects of the job hunt.
Global Work AI is the third HRTech venture from founders Alex Chepovoi and Alex Dyadischev. The company previously raised a €103k ($120k) angel round in February 2024, followed by a €1 million ($1.25 million) pre-seed round in December 2024.
The platform features AI-powered CV and cover-letter creation, job matching, Auto-Apply, real-time alerts, and an upcoming AI Career Assistant, Mia AI. Over the past 10 months, the company reports 13x growth as job seekers increasingly turn to AI tools to navigate a challenging job market.
The new funding will be used to enhance core AI capabilities, including search relevance, personalized job recommendations, AI-generated CVs and cover letters, CV tailoring, Auto-Apply, and the Auto-Fill browser plugin.
Mia AI, designed as a J.A.R.V.I.S.-style companion for modern workers, will support users throughout the full career lifecycle: mapping long-term career paths, resolving workplace challenges, analyzing job-market trends, guiding upskilling decisions, preparing for salary negotiations, and providing emotional support during and after the job-search process.
