SUMMARY
- French AI startup Pletor has raised €2 million in funding to help marketers and creatives build custom AI agents for generating marketing content at scale.
Unlike basic AI tools that create single visuals, Pletor focuses on full-scale brand campaigns. It enables teams to produce consistent, high-conversion content while keeping a unique brand identity and simplifying creative collaboration.
According to Ferdinand Terme, CEO and co-founder of Pletor: "We're heading toward a world where high-performing teams pilot a lot of AI agents.
Visual marketing is next: you'll describe and frame the direction, and the system will compose visuals and videos. We enable design and marketing to focus on what matters in this new era: taste and performance.”
Pletor helps marketing teams streamline visual content creation—letting them generate on-brand assets and video ads, compare with competitors, and test new creative ideas, all in one platform.
Next, Pletor will roll out plug-and-play integrations with design tools, CRMs, and internal systems to fit seamlessly into company workflows.

Pletor’s founding team brings deep expertise in AI, marketing, design, and automation. CEO Ferdinand Terme and CPO Maxime Fonsale helped scale French fintech Alma, with Terme leading growth and Fonsale joining as the first product hire. After three years, they left together to start Pletor.
They teamed up with CTO Antoine Sueur, a generative AI expert working on image models since 2019. The trio met through Station F's Director, Roxanne Varza, and are based in Paris.
The funding round was led by Atlantic Labs, with support from Kima Ventures and a strong lineup of angel investors from the marketing and design worlds.
These include Kieran Flanagan (SVP Marketing at HubSpot and former CMO at Zapier), Claude Alexandre (VP of B2B at Adobe), Antoine Le Nel (CMO at Revolut), and Antoine Pabst (former CEO at Publicis Luxe), along with scouts from a16z and Sequoia. Lukas Erbguth, Principal at Atlantic Labs, noted that marketing is entering its “vibe coding” era—where AI-driven workflows are enabling teams to move faster and scale more efficiently.
“Pletor is leading this shift. Ferdinand, Maxime, and Antoine combine hypergrowth experience, product vision, and deep AI expertise. We’re proud to back them as they build the AI-first marketing stack modern teams need.”
Alexis Robert, General Partner at Kima Ventures, shared: “We backed Pletor because they go beyond AI visuals, they’re rethinking how brands create and scale marketing campaigns. Lasqo is building the brand engine for creative performance, not just another image generation tool."
Pletor has taken an international approach from the start, with half of its customers based outside France.
The startup already serves fast-growing companies like Fever and Dalma, as well as well-known French brands such as BETC, Smartbox, and Les Furets.
Currently a team of five, Pletor plans to hire around ten more people by the end of the year to fast-track its product roadmap and integrations. The new funding will support team expansion, speed up development, and drive global growth.
