Fiona joins Paymentology from Currencycloud, where she spent nine years helping scale the business through a major growth phase that ultimately led to its acquisition by Visa. She brings more than 25 years of finance leadership experience across fintech and technology sectors, with expertise in supporting venture-backed and private equity-backed businesses through rapid scaling, fundraising, transformation, exits and global expansion.
Her appointment follows a significant period of momentum for Paymentology. Earlier this month the company secured a $175 million strategic investment from Apis Partners and Aspirity Partners to support continued global growth and innovation in issuer-processing technology.

In her new role, Fiona Tee will work closely with the leadership team to help execute Paymentology’s five-year growth strategy. Her focus will include strengthening customer delivery, supporting expansion into new markets, driving operational discipline and improving financial performance to support long-term sustainable profitability as the company scales globally.
As Paymentology continues its international expansion, the company remains focused on helping traditional banks, digital banks, and fintechs launch, scale, and modernise card programmes through its flexible, cloud-native payments infrastructure built for the next generation of financial services.
