London-based PassEntry has raised €6.2 million to strengthen its digital pass services and improve integrations with point-of-sale (POS) systems worldwide. The funding round was led by Acurio Ventures and Bonsai Partners.

It works smoothly with existing systems and cloud-based platforms. It provides NFC passes for fast, secure contactless payments and QR codes for easy data verification. The platform also connects with Point-of-Sale systems from companies like Verifone and Ingenico, and supports standalone QR/NFC readers.
It also offers a public SDK for scanning passes with NFC-enabled Android devices and an API for full control over updating and distributing passes.
