SUMMARY
- Paris-based EventTech startup Naboo has raised €58.7 million ($70 million) in a Series B funding round to expand its AI-powered procurement platform beyond events to include companies’ “tail spend” (Class C spending).
The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors Notion Capital, ISAI, and Ternel. This follows Naboo’s €20 million Series A round last year and its expansion into the North American market.
“This $70 million (€58.7 million)Series B gives us the means to define the global standard for AI-powered event procurement. Our mission is clear: to provide large enterprises with an infrastructure that combines purchasing performance, compliance and automation on a global scale. New York marks a new and exciting milestone for Naboo: we are accelerating in the United States and rapidly scaling a global platform,” commented Maxime Eduardo, CEO and co-founder of Naboo.
Founded in 2022 by Maxime Eduardo, Antoine Servant, Lucien Bredin, and Jean-Louis Villeminot, Naboo is a platform for booking, managing, and running corporate events (MICE). Designed as an all-in-one event Operating System, it replaces fragmented tools and provides enterprises with control, visibility, and efficiency at scale.

Naboo’s offerings include venue sourcing, concierge services, event planning via an app, corporate cards, accounts payable, and procurement. Unlike traditional concierge models, it combines AI-driven automation with high-touch service, reducing administrative burdens while delivering tailored, high-end experiences.
The corporate events market, valued at €335.6 billion ($400 billion), is transforming due to AI and the growing importance of customer and partner-focused events. Naboo’s platform is used by global organizations including Meta, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, HubSpot, Figma, and ElevenLabs for their most demanding client and internal events. To date, Naboo has generated €125.8 million ($150 million) in business volume, achieved 3x year-over-year growth over three years, maintained 0% corporate client churn, and exceeded a 90% success rate on major tenders. The company already works with a quarter of CAC 40-listed companies under exclusive contracts.
The UK is Naboo’s largest market outside France following its London office launch in 2025, securing clients such as KPMG and HSBC. The company is also expanding in North America, opening a new hub in New York after launching in Montreal, to scale its US go-to-market strategy, support existing clients and strengthen the local partner ecosystem.
With new funding, Naboo plans to accelerate strategic projects, including AI-powered instant booking alongside its concierge service, a corporate payment card to centralize and simplify payments and AI-driven tender management to optimize budgets potentially saving clients up to 30%. The company also plans to expand into adjacent procurement categories.
“Event-driven procurement is an incredibly demanding area. Between vague requests, multiple providers, and compliance constraints to common issues with execution and payments; few areas involve such complexity. By delivering tangible value through the latest AI, Naboo has built a truly unique platform, capable of extending to other fragmented spending areas by large corporations, paving the way for the digitalisation of vast service markets previously inaccessible to new software,” said Antoine Moyroud, Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Naboo currently employs nearly 180 people across eight countries and plans a strategic hiring push in 2026. Openings will include key account managers at all hubs, AI and data engineers in Paris the center of Naboo’s R&D and senior leaders for roles such as COO, HR Director, Engineering Director, and Marketing Director.
These new hires are aimed at supporting Naboo’s growth targets: tripling revenue in 2026 and surpassing €1 billion in business volume by 2027.
