SUMMARY
- French data privacy company Didomi has raised €61 million and acquired Sourcepoint, a privacy tech firm with a strong presence among publishers and over 200 global enterprise clients.
This move brings together both companies' talent and technologies to offer stronger privacy and consent solutions. The deal is backed by Marlin Equity Partners, which became Didomi’s majority investor earlier this year to help build a leading enterprise privacy platform.
“The marketing and advertising landscape continues to evolve with privacy at the forefront and with the growing influence of AI,” explains Romain Gauthier, CEO and Founder of Didomi. “Didomi and Sourcepoint are perfectly aligned around a mission to create the most advanced privacy infrastructure aimed at helping businesses confidently balance user trust, regulatory compliance, and performance outcomes.
“We want to redefine privacy as a strategic growth-lever, including deeply understanding the value exchange between businesses and their customers, while helping them seamlessly navigate this new landscape defined by AI and hyper-personalisation,” he added.

Didomi and Sourcepoint also plan to explore how to deliver highly personalized experiences as AI reshapes customer and user journeys.
They aim to evolve their products to address growing concerns among businesses about losing access to consumer data and the shifting dynamics of key channels like search and targeted ads.
A major focus will be helping businesses educate consumers on the value exchange involved in AI-driven experiences.
