Omnidocs Acquires Majority Stake In Swiss Document Firm Officeatwork

Omnidocs specializes in document generation and automation solutions designed to enhance productivity, compliance and quality across key sectors, including public services, financial services, and legal firms.

Founded in 1975, officeatwork offers a comprehensive Microsoft 365-integrated suite that helps organizations streamline document creation, improve content management and maintain consistent branding across proposals, contracts, presentations, and emails.

With over 500 customers and a solid foothold in Switzerland, along with growing international revenues from Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States, officeatwork represents a strong strategic fit for Omnidocs.

This transaction is Omnidocs’ fourth add-on acquisition since partnering with Main Capital Partners, further strengthening the group’s global market position. Omnidocs already has an established presence in Denmark and continues to expand across the Nordic region, supported by a strong international footprint in the Benelux through its acquisition of Xential and in the UK via Presentation Solutions.
