Olga Damiron Appoints Chief People & Culture Officer At Ingenico

Olga brings more than 20 years of experience in shaping people strategies across global, technology-driven organisations.

She is recognised for building strong workplace cultures, developing leaders, and helping employees grow their skills and careers.

In her new role, she will lead the People & Culture team, focusing on talent development, leadership support, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

Before joining Ingenico, Olga was Chief People & Talent Officer at Vantiva (formerly Technicolor), where she led major business changes while focusing on employee development.

Also worked in senior HR roles at ESI Group and Algeco Scotsman, helping leaders build a strong culture and grow the business.
