SUMMARY
- German robotics-as-a-service provider NEOintralogistics has raised €3 million in seed funding led by the Amadeus APEX Technology Fund with participation from Cetus Holding.
The company addresses growing demand for accessible warehouse automation helping overcome high upfront costs that have traditionally limited adoption to large operators.
NEOintralogistics tackles this challenge by offering affordable, scalable and rapidly deployable warehouse automation. Its robotic picking system works in both brownfield and greenfield warehouses, deployable in weeks instead of months and uses a pay-per-pick model that turns automation from a capital expense into a flexible, performance-based service.

Michael Drodofsky, co-founder of NEOintralogistics, stated that the company is dedicated to cutting the cost and complexity that have historically restricted access to warehouse automation.
Our RaaS model removes the need for costly infrastructure or warehouse redesigns, allowing customers to integrate the system into existing shelving and realise efficiency gains more quickly, Drodofsky added.
The company’s solution is more flexible and cost-efficient than traditional automation systems, helping to reduce reliance on manual labor. NEOintralogistics is already collaborating with industry partners such as Magazino, Jungheinrich, GLS, and BITO.
Commenting on the investment, Tim Hos, Associate at APEX Ventures, said that NEOintralogistics has created a scalable solution by replacing high upfront costs and complex integrations with a recurring Robotics-as-a-Service model, enhancing intralogistics economics and enabling wider adoption.
The funding will support commercial expansion customer acquisition, product development R&D growth and team expansion particularly in engineering and operations.
