Mega Fortuna Funding News – Turkish-Based Mobile Gaming Platform Mega Fortuna Secures $10Mn by Aonic

As part of the agreement, Aonic has the option to purchase all of Mega Fortuna's shares for a maximum valuation of $70 million.

Following one of the biggest minority growth equity deals in Europe in 2024, Metric Capital Partners and Active Ownership invested a total of €152 million in Aonic.

Aonic was founded in 2021, and since then, it has expanded to 12 businesses that provide publishing, gaming development, and other services worldwide. OtherSide Entertainment, Megabit Publishing, and Exmox—one of the fastest-growing mobile user acquisition platforms—are among them. The group's mobile tech companies saw great success in 2024, helping Aonic achieve a 73% rise in overall sales.
