Unmind has raised $35 million to grow its mental health platform for workplaces. The funding, led by TELUS Global Ventures, will help improve access to therapy, wellbeing tools, expert content, and AI coaching—all in one easy-to-use solution.

With a total of $82 million raised so far, Unmind is backed by investors like Project A, Felix Capital, and Sapphire Ventures.

Unmind supports over 2.5 million employees at companies like Uber, Disney, and British Airways. Its platform combines science-based tools, therapy, coaching and consulting to promote mental wellbeing and boost performance across organisations.

The funding will support Unmind in scaling its operations, entering new markets, and enhancing its all-in-one mental health platform. This platform combines therapy, coaching, science-backed content, a modern Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and an AI-powered support agent.

At the heart of this is Nova, Unmind’s generative AI companion, which provides personalised mental health support through smart questions and real-time, practical guidance—already trusted by top global brands.

As Unmind enters its next growth phase it has named Laura Moniz de Aragao as Chief Revenue Officer. Previously RVP of Sales for Global Strategic Accounts at BetterUp, she will lead the global go-to-market strategy, focusing on boosting growth in the US and deepening strategic partnerships.

The new funding will help drive Unmind’s expansion in the US and support its global mission to create healthier, more productive workplaces.
