UK-based startup Metaview, which uses AI to turn job interviews into useful hiring insights, has raised €30.1 million in Series B funding.

The round was led by GV (Google Ventures), with support from existing backers like Plural, Vertex Ventures, Seedcamp, Coeluis Capital, True Equity, and angel investors Victor Riparbelli and Barney Hussey-Yeo.

The funding will help Metaview further build its AI-powered hiring assistant tools, making recruitment faster and smarter for companies.

Instead of relying on memory or gut feeling, Metaview’s AI captures and analyses real interview conversations. This helps recruiters and hiring managers make better, more consistent decisions based on facts—ensuring everyone works with the same real-time insights.

With over 3 million interviews recorded, Metaview gives hiring teams the tools to work smarter—not harder.

The platform is used by 2,500+ companies like Sony, Deliveroo, Deel, ElevenLabs, Brex, and KellyOCG, saving 30 minutes per interview and up to 2 hours per job post by automating and streamlining hiring workflows.
