SUMMARY
- GREÏ, a DeepTech startup based in Kaunas, has raised €650k in pre-Seed funding to grow its AI-powered operational intelligence platform that helps businesses with large physical sites identify risks and inefficiencies in real time.
The investment from Baltic VC fund FIRSTPICK will support product development, team growth, and expansion into European markets, marking a key shift from development to real-world deployment.
“Even with all the right hardware in place, companies often struggle to get a clear picture of their facility’s operational health,” said Giedrė Rajuncė, CEO and Co-founder of GREÏ. “Our platform combines these systems into one view and uses AI to highlight risks, delays, and failures as they happen. This helps teams respond quickly and reduce errors as well as make changes for better effectiveness.”
The founding team combines over 14 years of experience in security, manufacturing, and scalable B2B software. Co-founder Saulius Tvarijonas previously contributed to building the cybersecurity company CUJO AI.

Rajuncė adds: “This round gave us the push we needed to move from building to executing,” she said. “Companies are under pressure to do more with fewer people, less time, and tighter budgets. We’re no longer just testing ideas, but seeing how they work in real situations and can make a real difference. Operational effectiveness and AI isn’t just about saving money anymore; it’s about making everyday operations safer, more predictable, and easier to manage.”

GREÏ highlights that manufacturing, logistics, and retail operations face challenges from operational blind spots and false alerts. Despite cameras, sensors, and alarms, managing vast data makes real-time site awareness difficult.
These gaps are costly—unplanned downtime can exceed €100k per hour in factories, and in the UK, workplace fatalities and injuries cost around €25 billion.
GREÏ’s AI powered platform addresses this by monitoring operations, detecting risks and enabling faster responses to prevent failures.
The platform integrates with existing cameras to provide a unified real-time view, identifying issues from improperly sorted waste to safety violations and promptly alerting the relevant teams with actionable insights.
“We backed GREÏ because they’re solving a critical, overlooked gap in operational effectiveness and intelligence. The team combines deep industry expertise with real execution power. We’re excited to see them set a new standard for AI-enabled physical infrastructure across Europe,” said Marijus Andrijauskas, Partner at FIRSTPICK.
The investment will enable GREÏ to grow its core team, develop its modular AI architecture, and start onboarding early customers. With plans to connect over 500 active cameras and launch the full platform in 2026, the company is preparing a Seed round to fuel international expansion and advanced product innovation.
GREÏ is targeting Seed investors experienced in enterprise SaaS, industrial technology, or AI infrastructure, especially those with strong networks in Western Europe, Scandinavia or Japan. Additionally, the company is forming strategic partnerships in security and automation to support its cross-border growth.
