LexDo.it Secures €1.7M To Enhance Its Business Launch And Management Platform

The round saw investments from business angels, Invitalia, and fintech company Viceversa. Key investors include Roberto Spada (founder of Spada Partners), Luca Orsini (founder of Antares European Fund), and business angel Roberto Lombardi.

Founded in 2015 by CEO Giovanni Toffoletto, LexDo.it provides a comprehensive digital platform for online business incorporation and full management of accounting, contracts, and consultancy services.

Users can also access a network of professionals and additional tools, including business bank accounts, POS payment systems, grants, subsidized financing, and a variety of digital products and services.

With over 400,000 users, the platform has helped launch more than 6,500 businesses, cutting first-year costs by up to €3,000 compared to traditional methods. This is a notable saving in a market where average startup costs and administrative expenses can exceed €4,000, and where starting a business can often be both complex and expensive.
