Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a global private equity firm, has announced its investment in Schülerhilfe, a leading tutoring company in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1974 and based in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, Schülerhilfe operates around 1,200 tutoring centers. The company provides both in-person and online tutoring to help students improve their academic performance, and it is also expanding into adult education.
