The platform aims to solve common problems in residential property management. Many teams still use emails, spreadsheets and separate software tools to handle rental applications, communicate with residents and manage maintenance requests.
As property portfolios grow, managing these tasks becomes more difficult. Property operators often need to handle more work without hiring additional staff. This can slow down operations and make it harder to provide good service to residents.
Lette uses AI agents to automate tasks across the rental process, including tenant enquiries, leasing, resident support, maintenance, overdue rent and compliance. The platform also works with existing property management software, so operators can automate their workflows without replacing the systems they already use.
