  • LAM'ON manufactures bio-based and compostable laminating films for paper and cardboard, as well as packaging for garments, cosmetics, food, and more.

Focusing on sustainability and advanced technology, it provides eco-friendly alternatives to traditional plastic packaging. Their products serve various industries, including fresh produce, cosmetics, apparel and logistics.

Earlier this year, LAM'ON launched two key products:

PACK'ON Classic: A clear, compostable packaging film that replaces plastic. It’s durable and environmentally friendly perfect for fresh produce, cosmetics, and apparel.

PACK'ON Shrink: A thermo-shrink film designed for multipacks and product protection during shipping. It’s strong, flexible, and an eco-conscious option for packaging.

With sustainability a key focus, companies are setting ambitious goals for their production and packaging. The EU is also encouraging progress through laws like the Plastics Levy.

Gergana Stancheva, Co-founder and COO of LAM'ON said, "We are incredibly excited about this investment, which will allow us to meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging solutions in industries ranging from food and cosmetics to e-commerce and electronics,".

Ivaylo Simov, Partner at Eleven, shared: "We believe that the growing regulatory push, increasing consumer demand for eco-friendly products, and the immense potential of the biodegradable plastics market create a perfect environment for LAM’ON to thrive.”

The investment will increase it's visibility and boost marketing efforts to attract new customers in Europe’s food and beverage, apparel, home goods, and electronics packaging markets.
