La Solive funding news – French-based La Solive Secures €4 Million in a Series A Round Funding

With more than 1,000 students trained across its three campuses in Paris, Lyon, and Nantes over the last three years, La Solive has become a major player in the industry. With the additional funds, La Solive intends to respond to the increasing need for qualified workers by broadening its geographic reach and launching new certifications and educational programs.

There has never been a greater demand for energy remodeling specialists. Industry projections state that 600,000 positions in this sector will need to be filled in France alone by 2030. Finding qualified experts, though, has proven to be a recurring difficulty. There is a shortage of technicians in the construction industry, and many of them lack the specific expertise needed to apply energy-saving solutions in an efficient manner.

La Solive was established to fill this void. Its comprehensive, practical courses are intended for people who want to retrain as project managers or artisans in energy renovation. The school's network of more than 600 partners around France, which includes public services, engineering firms, and construction industries, assists students in finding jobs promptly upon program completion.

One in four of the school's pupils is a female, and 91% of graduates find employment within six months, according to La Solive. The institution has also been particularly effective in drawing women to the construction industry.

With the additional €4 million investment, La Solive intends to quicken its growth. By 2026, eight to ten further campuses—including ones in Toulouse, Marseille, Lille, and Montpellier—will be opened with the help of these funds. The organization also plans to launch new training programs, including the RGE QualiPAC & QualiPV certifications, which are essential for experts in energy renovation, and a certification for Rehabilitation Works Supervisors.
