Kovant’s platform employs a unique architecture that deploys swarms of small language model (SLM) agents instead of relying solely on large, general-purpose AI models, reducing hallucinations and errors. Each agent works within strict guardrails to ensure accuracy, compliance and auditability. Teams run continuously learn over time and involve humans only when necessary.
Ali Sarrafi, CEO and co-founder of Kovant, explained: Too often, AI is used in ways that strip the human element out of work. We’ve flipped that. We’re pioneering a system where AI handles the execution so people can focus on what actually needs human judgment. What matters to us is real P&L impact, not building more agents or running endless POCs. Something that can be achieved in weeks, not months.
Kovant is already creating business value by transforming month-long processes like procurement and bidding into autonomous tasks completed in one to two days, all while maintaining human oversight. The company is now expanding globally, offering its platform to enterprises of all sizes across multiple industries and markets.
With this funding, Kovant aims to grow its presence in the Nordics, Switzerland, and the Benelux region. The expansion supports its mission to enable enterprises to adopt agentic-first operations, where AI workforces handle end-to-end business functions while ensuring full governance, compliance, and human oversight.
