Kleio funding news - France-based Kleio Raises €3 Million in Seed Funding

Kleio, a French company specializing in conversational AI for businesses, has raised €3 million in Seed funding. Kleio uses AI to simplify complicated sales processes with features like natural language chats, understanding customer needs, lead qualification, product recommendations, prioritizing sales leads, automating sales workflows, and smart routing.

Its platform uses specialized AI agents to automate customer interactions, making buying and customer service easier. Unlike other companies that adjust old chat systems to AI, Kleio’s technology is specifically designed for industries like real estate, energy, cosmetics, automotive, financial services, and travel.

It offers easy integration, scalability, and custom solutions to help businesses increase sales and grow revenue. The platform has powered over 600,000 AI-driven conversations, helped generate more than €50 million in revenue for clients, and deployed over 120 AI agents.

One of its clients, Havas Voyages, saw a 200% increase in web leads, held tens of thousands of personalized sales conversations, and generated thousands of qualified leads in just three months. The platform converted prospects through AI in less than two minutes.

Kleio was founded in early 2024 by AI experts Philippe Wellens, Adrien Mathieu, and Louis Poirier, who together have over 30 years of experience in AI, products, sales, and technology, and have worked at C3 AI in Europe and the US.

The funding round was led by Serena and Daphni, with support from Houman Behzadi (Executive VP at C3 AI), Julien Bellanger (CEO at Prevoty), Raphael Simon (former CTO at Shine.fr), and Dave Kellogg (former CEO of HostAnalytics and former SVP at Salesforce).

According to Nicolas Gerbal, Director of Travel and Leisure at Showroomprivé: "Kleio's platform unlocks new possibilities for elevated customer experiences with hyper-personalisation and significant sales growth for Showroomprivé."

Kleio plans to use the funding to improve its platform by adding more AI agents, enhancing their skills, connecting with more business systems, and training AI models for sales.
