SUMMARY

  • KAST, the global platform built on stablecoin infrastructure, announced that Brad Jaffe, former head of global communications at Binance, has joined as Chief Communications Officer.

Jaffe brings over three years of experience leading communications during a period of rapid global growth and regulatory change at Binance.

At KAST he will oversee global communications, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement supporting the company’s expansion as it builds a modern financial platform to make stablecoins practical for everyday use.

This appointment follows KAST’s major talent expansion, with over 300 hires in the past year across engineering, product, and compliance from fintech and crypto leaders including Circle, Stripe, and Airwallex.

In 2025, global stablecoin transaction volume grew 72% to over $33 trillion, surpassing the combined annual volume of the world’s largest credit card networks. Individuals and businesses increasingly use stable digital dollars for payments, savings, payroll, and cross-border settlement.

He previously held senior corporate affairs roles at Mars, Incorporated, global agencies Weber Shandwick and Edelman, and served in political and legislative positions for a U.S. Senator.

KAST provides stable digital payments and wealth tools for individuals and businesses worldwide, prioritizing operational integrity and long-term platform resilience.

“The architecture of finance is shifting ” said Raagulan Pathy, Founder & CEO of KAST and former Circle executive. “Stablecoins have reached meaningful global scale, and they are increasingly embedded in how people move and store value. What matters now is building platforms that combine usability with durability systems people can depend on as this transformation continues. Brad has led communications at global scale during pivotal moments in this industry. That perspective will help us shape the next phase of KAST’s growth.”

“KAST is built for people who need money to work reliably - entrepreneurs operating internationally, professionals paid in digital assets, families sending funds across borders, or individuals looking for a more predictable way to store and use value.” Jaffe said. “The opportunity now is to turn this infrastructure into financial tools people trust and rely on.”
