Jutro Medical funding news – Warsaw-based Jutro Medical Secures €12 Million in Series A Round Funding
Mar 20, 2025 | By Kailee Rainse

Jutro Medical, an AI-driven primary care provider in Warsaw, has raised €12 million in Series A funding to expand across Europe, starting with its first clinic in the Netherlands. The funding round was led by KAYA VC and RIO ASI, with support from Inovo VC and a loan from mBank.
Adam Janczewski, CEO & Founder of Jutro Medical said, “When you break down complex healthcare delivery into hundreds of tasks done daily by the doctors and medical staff, you discover that only a tiny part of these tasks have anything to do with medicine and health. We’ve been dissecting these processes and turning them into skills that we can teach AI agents, so they can handle them end-to-end, shifting all operational tasks and red tape from human to AI. We are building medical AI agents who can take over all these tasks from doctors, allowing them to finally practice medicine”,.
Jutro Medical is an AI-powered primary care clinic that uses its own AI agents to handle more than 68% of teleconsultations. Patients begin by chatting with the AI agent, which collects information and fills out post-visit paperwork. This lets doctors focus on treating patients. For simple cases, the AI helps reduce appointment time to an average of just 2 minutes and 37 seconds.

Jutro Medical’s AI agents are built on their own electronic health record system, designed to keep patient data secure. At first, human agents handled tasks like patient intake before doctor consultations, which helped test and validate the process before AI took over.

Doctors supervise the AI agents to ensure safety, and they are responsible for making medical decisions and reviewing the information collected by AI. Jutro Medical guarantees that patient data stays private and secure, as the AI models are created and hosted by the company.
Using AI agents is optional for patients. Those who prefer can still have their appointments the traditional way, either online or in person.
Karel Zheng, Partner at KAYA VC said, “AI will benefit incumbents, and Adam has positioned Jutro Medical to capture maximum value as the technology matures. He has quietly tested what’s possible using LLMs, with 30 people acting as medical agents, to map processes directly into the company’s proprietary electronic health record system. We’re excited to partner with Adam and his team as they transform healthcare services into AI-powered software products, directly benefiting patients and doctors,”.
The funding will help Jutro Medical expand across Europe. They are opening their first clinic in the Netherlands and plan to grow further in Poland. The company aims to care for 350,000 people in Europe in the next 24 months.
To reach these goals, Jutro Medical has partnered with experienced healthcare leaders who have managed 227 clinics and helped generate €450 million in primary care revenue over the last decade.
These leaders include Bartosz Skawiński (CFO) and Konrad Michalski (Medical Director), who helped grow PZU Zdrowie into Poland’s third-largest healthcare provider, and Marek Maleszyk (COO), who expanded a primary care network from one clinic to 85 clinics with 2,000 employees.
Piotr Siezieniewski, Partner at RIO ASI said, “Jutro Medical has proven that primary care can be delivered differently—leveraging technology to provide high-quality medical care focused on patient value, all free of charge under Europe’s mandatory public health insurance. Adam and his team have built a vertically integrated healthcare provider covering the entire value chain. With their proprietary AI agents, they’re set to disrupt primary care across Europe, and I’m glad to support them on this journey,”.
About Jutro Medical
Jutro Medical was founded in 2020 by Adam Janczewski with the aim of providing high-quality medical care using technology that adds real value. The company currently provides primary care for 70,000 patients.
Their telemedicine platform and app allow patients to have virtual consultations, get prescriptions, receive referrals, access lab results, and request medical leave online for simpler cases. For more complex care, patients can see a Jutro Medical doctor in person at one of their clinics, often with the same doctor they’ve been consulting with online for continuity of care.
