The round was led by Market One Capital and Peak, with support from SMOK Ventures, BADideas, FJ Labs, and Lakestar, bringing total funding to approximately €5 million.
Juo targets the rapidly growing physical and hybrid subscription market, which already represents around 40% of a sector projected to reach $3.5 trillion by 2030, providing infrastructure solutions to simplify recurring product offerings.
Juo’s platform offers a complete toolkit to create, launch, and manage subscriptions for a wide range of physical products, from everyday items like supplements and meal kits to high-value goods like appliances or medical devices.

The solution includes a core logic layer, API, SDK, CLI, and collaborative editor, enabling merchants to integrate subscriptions in days. It is compatible with modern e-commerce stacks like Hydrogen (Shopify), Medusa, and commercetools, as well as PrestaShop and Shopware.
