JTL-Software acquisition news – Germany-based JTL-Software (JTL) has Acquired Returnless

Returnless, founded by Marijn Prijs and Chris Boer, creates solutions to improve returns management. Their platform helps online retailers make returns more efficient and gather useful data to optimize business operations.

Prijs in a LinkedIn post said, “Joining the JTL ecosystem gives us access to their 50.000 (!!) merchants in Germany, securing the future of Returnless. We’ll remain a stand-alone company with our own culture, customers, and branding – while having the opportunity to scale faster than ever before,”

The wide range of plug-and-play integrations allows online retailers to easily connect with different software solutions. By using data analysis tools retailers can gain valuable insights from return data to improve processes and reduce return rates over time.
