“We believe electric mobility only becomes truly accessible when it is designed around the real needs of those who use it daily. This investment empowers us to bring our vision to the industrial level,” mentions Maxi Mobility.

Maxi Mobility, founded in 2021, offers a monthly subscription service to help taxi and ride-hailing drivers switch to electric vehicles.

The plan includes EV access with no upfront cost, unlimited charging via partner networks, digital tools to manage fleets and charging, and 24/7 support.

The goal is to make EV adoption easier by removing common barriers like high initial costs, scattered charging options, and day-to-day operational issues.

Maxi Mobility will use the new funding to upgrade its technology and expand its charging network. The company plans to scale its electric mobility service in cities like Milan and Rome, which together have over 13,000 active taxi licenses, with more expected under the Asset 2023 Decree.

Maxi Mobility has also joined the Motor Valley Accelerator network, gaining access to support and resources for mobility-focused startups.

Enrico Dente, Director of Motor Valley Accelerator and Plug and Play, says, “The investment in Maxi Mobility fits perfectly with our mission to promote concrete and scalable solutions for sustainable mobility.”

“Maxi is addressing a crucial challenge with an innovative and pragmatic approach making the electric transition truly accessible and simple for taxi drivers and urban fleets. As Motor Valley Accelerator, we are thrilled to support them in this phase of growth and industrialisation.”

Gian Paolo Incutti, CEO and founder of Maxi Mobility, adds, “The arrival of a partner like Motor Valley Accelerator represents a strategic validation of the work we’ve done and gives us the impetus to bring our vision to an industrial scale. Electric mobility can become truly accessible if built around the concrete needs of those who experience it every day.”
