The funding round was led by ARTIS Ventures and Lachy Groom, with participation from Western Alliance Life Sciences and existing investors including 8VC, Y Combinator, Atlantic Bridge, Faber, SciFounders, and others.
This brings Luminate’s total funding to $50M. The company plans to use the capital to expand home cancer care to 40 partner oncology clinics and roll out its patient-led home infusion technology in mid-2026.

Founded in 2018 by Aaron Hannon, Dr. Barbara Oliveira, and Professor Martin O’Halloran, Luminate provides an integrated ecosystem of services and technologies that allow patients to receive cancer treatment at home.
Its first two products, Lilac and Lily, target common cancer drug side effects neuropathy and hair loss and are currently undergoing clinical trials in the US and Europe, with a market launch anticipated in 2027.
