SUMMARY

  • London-based cybersecurity startup Infrawatch has raised $3 million in a pre-seed funding round co-led by Outward VC and Triple Point Ventures, with participation from Portfolio Ventures and several fintech and cybersecurity angel investors.

Founded by Lloyd Davies alongside former professionals from CrowdStrike, Recorded Future and Intel 471, Infrawatch is building an Internet Infrastructure Intelligence Layer focused on cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and online investigations.

The platform helps organisations detect and analyse the infrastructure behind cyberattacks, phishing campaigns, scams, and online abuse. It leverages large-scale internet telemetry processing tens of billions of events daily to identify patterns in attacker infrastructure that persist even when tactics, accounts, or payloads change.

Infrawatch converts this visibility into actionable intelligence, enabling security teams to assess infrastructure behaviour, operator risk and trustworthiness. It also allows users to build custom detection rules alongside pre-built threat monitoring tools, aiming to improve real-time threat identification and reduce reliance on fragmented data sources.

The new funding will fuel the company’s next phase of growth including scaling its engineering and research teams advancing platform development ahead of a planned public launch later this year, onboarding early enterprise customers and expanding its presence into the United States.
