Industrial process heat generates over 20% of global CO₂ emissions, yet innovation has been limited. Rising energy costs make efficient, low-carbon solutions critical for industry.

HotGreen Solutions tackles this challenge with ultra-efficient, high-temperature heat pumps that generate low-carbon steam for industrial use. Compatible with existing infrastructure these systems achieve up to four times the efficiency of conventional boilers, providing a cost-effective way to reduce energy consumption and emissions without expensive facility upgrades.

HotGreen Solutions’ heat pumps can be installed in just 3–5 days. They help industrial facilities like breweries, distilleries or dairies save about €0.5 million a year on energy bills and reduce roughly 3,000 tonnes of CO₂ annually, with a typical payback period of less than two years.

The new funding will enable HotGreen Solutions to accelerate growth and expand its ultra-efficient heat pump technology through pilot projects and commercial deployments in the food and beverage sector.
