Stoyana Natseva

About

Stoyana Natseva is a psychologist, PhD candidate, and bestselling author; she founded Happy Life Academy in 2019. She has created over 50 life-changing courses and assisted more than 100,000 people in approximately 100 countries in achieving personal growth, resilience, and leadership success. As an MBA with extensive studies in personal and business development, she integrates centuries of wisdom with current findings on cognition, emotion, and behaviour to provide her clients with practical tools that foster emotional intelligence and empowerment.

A pioneer in the fields of coaching and personal development, Stoyana is also a leader in the International Association for Personal and Team Coaching (IAPTC), where she mentors leaders and professionals worldwide. Her own personal journey, marked by the challenges of early life and motherhood, has profoundly shaped her work, leading to a grounded view of growth and healing as an inherently human process. 

Education

Stoyana has a deep interest in researching human potential from an academic perspective. She has an MBA and is a PhD candidate in Personal and Business Development; a testament to her wish to link academia research with practical work in the field. Stoyana then went on to create Happy Life Academy, where she serves as a facilitator by bringing coaching, psychology, and systemic work together to facilitate personal development. Stoyana is also the Director of the International Association for Personal and Team Coaching (IAPTC) where she works professionally to develop the coaching community.

Career

She is the founder of Happy Life Academy, an international institution for personal and business development. She has created around 500 training programs and led more than 100,000 clients through transformational work.

She also developed nine internationally accredited MBA tracks under the Academy.

Personal Life

Stoyana's background has been the driving force of her career. Born and raised in Bulgaria, she overcame adversity from an early age following the death of her father when she was just a child, which taught him to build powerful resistance and recovery. Longed to be a mother Yet her road was paved with multiple attempts at IVF, allowing her to further enrich life with empathy and the desire for personal growth by establishing programs that would help people through the emotional jungle we call life. 

Achievements

Stoyana has received many awards during her career to acknowledge her contributions to personal development and education. She received the "Writer of the Decade" award and the "Woman of the Decade" award at the 31st Fashion, Show & Business Awards in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2025.

As the owner of Happy Life Academy, Stoyana was the recipient of the Best Transformational Leadership in Personal Growth in Europe award and the 2025 Global Recognition Award for her significant contribution to international education.
