Germany-based Arsipa Group Acquires Bloom

The acquisition will combine Bloom’s digital solutions with Arsipa’s network of on-site safety specialists and company doctors, aiming to improve the efficiency of occupational safety services across industries in Germany and Austria.

Previously, Arsipa Group was recognized for its extensive on-site support, while Bloom specialized in advanced software solutions. This acquisition represents a major milestone, combining Arsipa’s traditional services with Bloom’s digital capabilities. Together the companies now offer a more integrated approach merging physical and digital solutions for occupational safety and compliance.

Bloom’s digital tools are set to transform how organizations handle legal and health compliance. Its software converts complex regulations into intuitive workflows, integrating features like digital health records and mental health assessments. Arsipa will use these innovations to break down workplace data silos, delivering a more streamlined service through HR system integrations such as SAP and Personio.

After the acquisition, Bloom will keep its brand and leadership, with founders Viktoria Lindner and Leonie Ellerbrock staying on to guide its mission. This setup lets Bloom continue its approach while gaining from Arsipa’s wider network.

Arsipa will weave Bloom’s technology into its Ginisuite platform, adding a user-facing layer to its ERP tools for medical and administrative workflows. Together, they create a full-service platform that turns legal requirements into practical steps, backed by on-site support.

By combining digital tools with in-person services Arsipa can now deliver a streamlined, accessible solution for workplace safety and compliance across Germany and Austria.

Users of both companies can expect improved service delivery, with future initiatives likely focusing on additional platform functionalities. By incorporating Bloom’s technology Arsipa aims to drive innovation in compliance management, balancing digital capabilities with hands-on support.
