German Company Rail-Flow Acquires Rotterdam-Based Simply Deliver

This move helps Rail-Flow expand its goal of providing smooth, all-in-one digital logistics services across Europe.

Rail-Flow’s platform covers everything from managing orders and contracts to invoicing, fleet tracking, and even a freight marketplace.

Simply Deliver brings strong expertise in road logistics. Its API-based tools automate data, manage transport and deliveries, track drivers, and improve visibility for logistics companies—especially in the Benelux region.

Together, the two companies aim to create a powerful end-to-end logistics solution for all transport modes.

Rail-Flow and Simply Deliver have worked together for years, especially in intermodal logistics. Their combined tools helped customers manage transport from the first mile to the last.

Now, with Simply Deliver joining the Rail-Flow Group, both companies are combining their strengths. This means faster product development, better service for customers, and more support for green transport solutions like CO₂ reduction and shifting freight to rail.

One big step forward is the integration of Rail-Flow’s Rail TMS and Simply Deliver’s Intermodal TMS into a single, all-in-one solution.

Simply Deliver will keep its name and continue to focus on road logistics, visibility, and automation—especially in the Benelux region.

All team members and offices across Frankfurt, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Izmir, Manila, and Brisbane will continue as usual.
