It focuses on using science to improve crop production and help farmers adapt to climate change. The funding will help the company expand as demand for sustainable farming grows.
Fyteko said, “We see a future where the world’s farmers can feed a growing population, using safe and sustainable inputs,”.
Fyteko offers three main bio-based products for agriculture:
Nurspray: A spray that helps crops resist drought, extreme temperatures, and irregular rainfall. It works within 24 hours and can be used with fertilisers and crop protection products.
Nurseed: A seed treatment that helps seedlings grow strong, especially in tough conditions. It works well for crops like soybeans, peas, beans, and maize.
Nursoil: A soil treatment that activates a plant’s natural defenses, helping it recover from stresses like drought and temperature extremes.
