Green Flexibility

Green Flexibility, a company based in Kempten that develops large-scale battery storage solutions, has been successful in securing a project volume surpassing €1 billion to support Europe's energy transformation.

Synthesia

London-based Synthesia is a platform for creating AI videos, revealed on Wednesday that it has raised $180 million (about €174.5 million) in a Series D fundraising round headed by NEA.

Cera

Cera, a London-based digital home healthcare provider, has raised $150 million in funding, mostly through debt. The round was led by BDT & MSD Partners and Schroders Capital, with investors like Earlymarket, Guinness Ventures, DigitalHealth, and Robin Klein, a well-known UK investor, playing a key role. This investment values Cera at over $1 billion, making it a "unicorn."

NEURA Robotics

NEURA Robotics, the "only humanoid robotics company" in Germany and a cognitive robotics startup situated in Metzingen, announced today that it has secured €120 million in a Series B fundraising round to support research and development as well as its proprietary Neuraverse platform.

Sygnum

Global digital asset banking group Sygnum announces it has raised a total of USD 58 million in its oversubscribed Strategic Growth Round, giving it a post-money valuation of more than 1 billion.

Nelly Solution

Berlin-based health and fintech company Nelly has raised 50 million euros. With this Series B financing, the company wants to drive forward the digitization of the European healthcare system.

Recharge

Recharge, the European leader in online prepaid payments, announced it has secured a €45 million facility with ABN AMRO to fuel its ambitious M&A strategy. This funding will enable the company to drive consolidation across markets, open new segments and overall strengthen its leadership position in the prepaid payments industry.

H2SITE

H2SITE, a company focused on hydrogen separation technology, has raised €36 million in its Series B funding round. 

BeZero Carbon

Global carbon ratings agency BeZero Carbon announces a US$32 million Series C investment round to enable carbon markets through ratings.

Maki

Maki, a Paris-based AI company focused on hiring, has raised EUR €26 million in its Series A funding round. The round was led by Blossom Capital, with contributions from DST Global and existing investors Frst, GFC, and Picus Capital.
