Fullcast Acquires UK-based Ebsta

Salt Lake City-based Fullcast, a sales performance planning platform, has acquired London’s Ebsta, a revenue intelligence provider, to strengthen its end-to-end sales execution and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Through the acquisition, Fullcast and Ebsta will combine their capabilities to deliver an end-to-end solution for revenue teams enabling them to plan, execute, and optimize their go-to-market strategies with enhanced, data-driven insights.

By integrating Ebsta’s powerful revenue intelligence, forecasting, and pipeline management tools with Fullcast’s end-to-end GTM planning and execution platform, the combined solution will help organizations achieve more predictable revenue growth and greater operational efficiency.
